Each year at our Thanksgiving Eve Lovefeast a trailer is parked in front of the sanctuary to receive food donations for Sunnyside Ministry. This year the need for generous offerings of canned food and dry goods is especially great. Sunnyside, along with other helping ministries across our nation, has been overwhelmed with requests for aid ... so many that they are running out of needed supplies for filling food orders. Please remember this tremendous need when you are at the grocery store and consider picking up items to donate to Sunnyside (canned meat, peanut butter, jelly, crackers, canned vegetables, canned fruit, bags of rice, bags of pinto beans, bathroom tissue, soap, laundry detergent, etc.).

You don't have to wait until Thanksgiving Eve to bring your items to church. You can bring them any time throughout the week and place them in the white chest near the church office or bring them on Sunday morning and place them in the Narthex.
